Rainbow Unit

Rainbow until mostly focuses on inclusive education to cater all the students. We aim to reach our students according to their abilities and help them to become competent learners. While doing so, we focus on improving their social skills, communication skills, cognitive skills, behavior and self confidence. Our target programs are; early intervention, readiness, special education, mainstream program and home schooling.

Pre-School

We guide young learners towards a solid foundation for them to become engaged and motivated learners, and offer integrated learning experience through play and social interaction, and help them to build self-confidence and self-awareness. We will also encourage literacy and numeracy in order to facilitate a smooth transition into the primary phase.

Primary

As our students grow from the early years of pre-school to be primary students, we help them learn the skills they need to be successful in their homes, communities and at the school. At HAS, primary school students have a genuine enthusiasm for learning. Through collaborative team and teaching strategies, students are supported to promote personalized learning and are fortified to develop a mature perspective, creative way of thinking, and to comprehend the world and individuals around them.

Secondary

We continue to provide necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes for the development of the students, community, and the nation. To achieve this, we focus on the shared values that Maldivian society deems important; and the key competencies that all children and young people are expected to acquire through schooling, upon which all learning is organized. In addition to this, we provide a rich, diverse and challenging education through excellent and innovative teaching and learning.
